Shower block given make over by RBJ

With thousands of yearly visitors Unity Farm Holiday Park in Brean Sands, Somerset is well used to updating facilities and amenities.

It was in a bid to slash these costs and reduce the constant loss of valuable work hours that Unity Farm Holiday Park turned, with an air of exasperation, to Rudge Brothers and James. Here was a client falling victim to its own success and simple economies of scale. Year on year growth and expansion, increased visitor and on-site numbers leading to increased usage, faster deterioration, the need for continual upkeep and refurbishment.

At RBJ the problems being experienced by Unity Farm Holiday Park were familiarly complex. The proposed solution was familiarly straightforward - A pastel coloured hygienic wall cladding and a slip resistant floor covering. These unique coverings offer all of the things that Unity Farm needed and all of the things that normal, ceramic tile coverings fail to provide.

Rudge Brothers and James are Altro Whiterock Wall Cladding Systems Premier installers

Take a look at the shower and utility block being used on a day in, day out basis by Unity Farm residents. Gone are the ridges and grouted edges that harbour germs and bacteria, gone are the dank water pools that form after use, gone are the dangerous underfoot conditions, gone are the cracked ceramic tiles, gone are the tough to clean surfaces that require constant upkeep. In their stead continuous, ridge-free walls and floors, easy-to-clean and maintain, with clear drainage points that allow the water to flow out and provide safe floors below for visitor after visitor after visitor.

But don't take our word for it. Listen to what Zoe from Unity Farms had to say. 'The Whiterock Wall Cladding and new Altro Marine Safety floor coverings have made a world of difference to my day. Before we had this installed I would have to spend half of my time clearing up after one visitor just to make the place respectable for the next. As soon as I took the floor hazard signs down from one area they had to go up in another and cleaning was a nightmare. The new safety floor coverings are much safer underfoot; easy to grip and no water lying around for visitors to slip on.'
